Looking for a fun and easy way to enjoy nature, during the Summer?

Join us for a brisk summer walk in Green Timbers and explore what nature has to offer at this time of year. You’ll make new friends and learn something new along the way. The walk will be tailored to your wishes and curiosity, from both natural world and the history of the area.

If you want to do some good for the environment, bring gloves and a trash bag. Together, we can contribute to keeping our surroundings clean and pristine. We can’t wait to meet you and embark on this adventure!

Our walks are usually about 2 miles (3-4 km) and take place on mostly flat level gravel trails, providing a comfortable and accessible experience for all participants. However, depending on the group’s preferences, we may change the route to accommodate different interests.

We will meet at the Surrey Nature Centre parking lot (14225 Green Timbers Way, free parking, map) at 11 am. The best part? There is no need to register and no fee required. So, bundle up, put on your walking shoes, and join us for an unforgettable summer nature walk in Green Timbers!
